This month, we are spotlighting our awesome Chichester Dispensary Manager, Dave!
Dave began visiting us as a patient way back in 2016, soon after we first opened our doors as Prime ATC. Fortunately, his initial experiences with us were very positive! Our team helped to educate and support Dave as he worked to overcome opioid use disorder and improve his quality of life.
After learning how to manage his pain using therapeutic cannabis products, including capsules and tinctures, Dave felt inspired to join the team so he could help others find relief. He joined our team 9 years ago as a part-time dispensary technician, and since then, he has filled various roles in both dispensaries. Dave has been managing our Chichester location for over 2 years and says he is still “always excited to come to work every day.”

GraniteLeaf team members at all three locations greatly appreciate Dave’s hard work and dedication to serving patients. Dave is especially proud of the Chichester team for the strong teamwork and supportive environment that everyone has helped foster. He says the team has a deep understanding of each other and our patients, so they are always willing to help when needed.
Like many of our team members, Dave has a deep appreciation for top-quality cannabis flower, and he loves the Bud Bar we have in each dispensary. The Bud Bar allows our patients to see and smell the different cultivars, which helps with product selection. With our new Bud Bar cards and knowledgeable team, he is confident that patients will find it easier than ever to select the products that will help them the most.
Outside of work, Dave cherishes all the time he spends with his family. His wife has been an important source of support, and his children bring him joy every day. His family also includes mischievous cats, as well as a flock of chickens and ducks. Music is another important part of Dave’s life, and he loves attending rock and metal concerts.

The encouragement from his family has gotten him where he is today. As a manager, he wants his team to know that he feels supported by them and that his team has his support in return.
We’re grateful to you, Dave!
