The Therapeutic Cannabis Medical Oversight Board (TCMOB) has launched a new patient survey to learn more about how patients are benefitting from therapeutic cannabis. The following message explaining the survey is posted on the TCP’s website:
The Therapeutic Cannabis Medical Oversight Board (TCMOB), with input from the Alternative Treatment Centers (ATCs) and the Therapeutic Cannabis Program (TCP), has developed a Therapeutic Cannabis Program Patient Survey to learn about the ways that therapeutic cannabis helps patients. This information will help the TCMOB to educate medical providers in the state about the ways in which therapeutic cannabis may help their patients.
The TCMOB greatly appreciates your input by filling out the survey. The survey is fully confidential. No identifying information is collected, and you cannot be identified by completing this survey. Thank you for helping us better serve the patients of New Hampshire.
