‘Tis the season for freezing cold weather in New Hampshire. Sadly, some Granite Staters do not own enough warm clothing to keep them comfortable and healthy through the winter. We want to help our neighbors stay warm, so we have organized a Winter Clothing Drive and we would greatly appreciate your support!
From now until the end of January, GraniteLeaf Cannabis will be collecting donations of new and gently used winter clothing. We are looking for the following types of clothing:
- coats
- hats
- earmuffs
- scarves
- gloves
- mittens
- heavy socks
- long johns
Much like our recent toy drive, we are incentivizing donations with a raffle. Receive one raffle entry for each article of clothing donated! Each dispensary will hold a separate raffle.
Prizes will be as follows:
- First Prize: $250 store credit
- Second Prize: $150 store credit
- Third Prize: $100 store credit
Donated winter clothing will be distributed to those in need by our friends at Friends of Forgotten Children. This Concord-based non-profit is a volunteer-driven provider of food, clothing, and holiday gifts for low income and at-risk individuals and families. They have been serving the Concord area since 1972, and we are excited to work with them!
Finally, we would like to take a moment to thank to all the patients and caregivers who so generously supported our Community Outreach Program in 2023. We are making a very significant impact in the communities we serve, and we obviously couldn’t do this without you. Thank you for your support!
