Great News: the Therapeutic Cannabis Program has announced on its website that three-year certifications and extensions are now allowed, at the discretion of your medical provider. This will be very helpful in reducing costs and eliminating obstacles for patients who are benefitting from therapeutic cannabis.
The applications and forms have been updated to reflect this change, which was approved by the state legislature in 2021.
