Beginning 7/18 Prime ATC will be open on Saturdays!
In addition, the following Monday, 7/20 we will be expanding our weekday hours to better accommodate our patients. Our new hours of operation will be as follows:
Monday: 10am-5pm
Tuesday: 10am-5pm
Wednesday: 10am-7pm
Thursday: 10am-5pm
Friday: 10am-5pm
Saturday: 10am-5pm
**Note** These hours will go into effect on 7/18/20 and we will still be filling express orders only.

How long do you hold my order after I’m informed it’s ready for pickup? Thank you.
Hi Karin!
We typically hold orders for 72 hours. However, during the pandemic we have been asking patients to pick up their orders within a week. If your order is not picked up within that timeframe we will call you to remind you that it is here before returning the product to stock.
