Types of INHALABLE Cannabis Concentrates

Below are the types of inhalable cannabis concentrates. If you want to see what products we have available, or if you want to place an order, check out our menu.

Solventless

Solventless concentrates do not require the use of a solvent to extract the cannabis oil from the plant. For example, rosin is created by using pressure and heat to extract the oils. “Live” solventless concentrates are extracted from freshly harvested cannabis that is frozen immediately to preserve as much of the terpene content as possible.

To produce our live rosin concentrates, we submerge the “live” cannabis flower in ice water and separate the trichomes, which contain the highly concentrated oil. This product is called water hash. We then take the water hash and press it to create the rosin. This finished concentrate is typically light in color, very aromatic, and flavorful.  The flavor profile may be richer and more complex compared to other types of concentrates.

Live Rosin Budder

Live Rosin budder is a premium cannabis concentrate because of its potent effects and great flavor. It is made using live flash-frozen flower, so it has a high terpene content. After being extracted, this product is whipped to give it a buttery, caramel, or dough-like consistency.

Live Rosin Jam

Live Rosin jam is also made using live flash-frozen flower and is high in cannabinoids and terpenes. A jam can range from a wet sugar consistency to a sugary sauce. You may notice small THCA crystals mixed with an aromatic terpene-rich oil.

Kief

Kief is a collection of trichomes separated from the cannabis flower.  It contains a higher concentration of cannabinoids and terpenes than flower, but it is less potent than many other concentrates. It can be sprinkled on top of a bowl or mixed with flower in a rolled joint to add some potency and flavor.

Solvent Extracted

Some cannabis concentrates are extracted using a solvent like ethanol or butane to extract the cannabis oil. For our solvent extracted concentrates, we soak dried cannabis flower in ethanol to separate the cannabis oil from the plant material. The resulting solution is then processed to remove the ethanol, leaving behind the desired cannabinoids in high concentration levels along with some of the terpene content. The texture and consistency of the final product varies depending on what technique is used to refine the oil.  These concentrates are typically given names that reflect their characteristics, such as “shatter” and “diamonds.”

Budder

Budder has a buttery or caramel-like consistency. It is potent in cannabinoids and has some terpene content, though not as much as the Live Rosin budder. It can be vaporized directly out of the container using a vapor/dab straw or scooped onto a dab tool and vaporized using a dab rig.

Shatter

Shatter is a concentrate that has a solid glass-like texture that is potent in raw (or acidic) cannabinoids and terpenes. Many people like using shatter because it is easy to work with. It can be vaporized using a dab straw, dab rig, or electronic vaporizer.

Diamonds

Diamonds are a potent type of concentrate with cannabinoids in their raw (or acidic) form that have a naturally occurring crystalline structure. This gives them a diamond or raw sugar-like texture. They can be vaporized using a dab straw, dab rig, or electronic vaporizer.

THCA Isolates

THCA Isolates are highly potent in cannabinoids but have little to no terpene content. They have a granular or sand-like texture and can be mixed with flower for a bowl or a rolled joint. We do not recommended dabbing isolates.
