GraniteLeaf Dispensary Information

Registered patients and caregivers will need a valid therapeutic cannabis card and photo ID to enter the building.

  • Your proof of identification must have your name, date of birth, and photograph. This could be a driver’s license or another government-issued identification card such as a military ID card or passport.
  • Enter the lobby and check in at the front desk with your therapeutic cannabis card and ID.

Guests (age 21+) are allowed to join you for your first visit or if you need assistance inside our facility.

  • Your guest will need a photo ID to come into the facility. We will hold their ID at the front desk and issue them a guest badge to wear. They will return the badge to the front desk at the end of the visit and retrieve their ID.

  • If you regularly need assistance with purchasing or need someone else to pick up your cannabis products on your behalf, you may want to designate a caregiver. There is no fee for a designated caregiver to register with the Therapeutic Cannabis Program. (Note: this option is not available for visiting patients.)

Service animals and well-behaved pets are welcome inside the dispensaries.

  • All animals must be leashed, by your side, and under your control at all times. Please be mindful of
    other people in the dispensary.
If your animal is not well-behaved, they may not be allowed inside the dispensary.
  • Animals are welcome to be with you for drive-thru pick up.

We are committed to providing our patients with the highest quality products available. Please let us know if you have any questions or concerns about a product.

  • We cannot return or exchange products unless there is an issue with your order.
  • If you receive a product that you think is defective, keep the original packaging and purchase receipt. Please reach out to the dispensary, by phone or email, within 14 days.
  • We may ask you to send us a photograph of the defective product or to bring it back to the dispensary for a manager to review.
  • Any medicated products returned to GraniteLeaf will be destroyed as waste, in accordance with the NH TCP program’s rules.

We have a loyalty program to show our appreciation for patients who continue to choose GraniteLeaf Cannabis.

  • Every purchase adds 1 loyalty point for every $1 spent at any GraniteLeaf Cannabis location.
  • Once you have at least 1,000 points in your account, you may start to redeem them for store credit.
  • 1,000 loyalty points is equivalent to $10 store credit. Any increment above that can be used any way you choose.
  • If you wait until you have accumulated 5,000 points, you can redeem them for $50 store credit, and we will give you an additional $50 credit towards the same purchase ($100 total credit).
  • Our system will keep track of your points automatically. Your remaining loyalty points are updated after each purchase and can be found on the bottom of your receipt.
  • If you have any questions about the program or want to check your points balance, just ask a team member.

State laws limit the amount of cannabis that can be purchased by a patient or caregiver.

  • Each patient or caregiver is allowed to obtain a maximum of 2 ounces (56.7 grams) of therapeutic cannabis during any 10-day period from all dispensaries in the state combined. This is called your allotment.
  • You may purchase as often as you wish if you do not exceed this limit or possess more than two ounces of cannabis (or the equivalent in cannabis infused products) at any time.
  • GraniteLeaf tracks your allotment for all products purchased with GraniteLeaf Cannabis only. If you purchase from other dispensaries, you will need to keep track of your own dispensed allotment.
  • For infused products, 1g of useable allotment is equal to 250mg TAC (Total Active Cannabinoids).
  • Information about the allotment for each product is included in our menus and on the product labels.
  • Your remaining allotment of usable cannabis is printed on the bottom of each receipt.
  • If you exceed the legal limits, you will be in violation of state laws, and the Therapeutic Cannabis Program may disqualify you from further participation.

Orders may be placed online, on the phone, or at the counter inside the dispensary. Any order that is not picked up within 72 hours will be returned to inventory and a new order will need to be placed.
