Why CBD Ratio Products for Anxiety?
The relationship between cannabis and anxiety is complex and worth learning about. Many patients find that cannabis is very helpful for relieving anxiety, but inhaling or consuming too much THC can make anxiety symptoms worse. It’s very important to “start low and go slow” when using THC products to treat anxiety, or if you are prone to experiencing anxiety.
In addition to limiting THC dosage, patients often find that a combination of CBD and THC is especially helpful for relieving anxiety. For example, we offer fruit chews, vapes, capsules, and tinctures containing equal amounts of CBD and THC (a 1:1 ratio). Patients frequently report finding relief from these products.
This week, you will also see a few blended pre-rolls on our menu that combine our high-CBD Thunderstruck flower with some of our popular THC-dominant flowers. For patients who prefer to smoke flower, blending CBD-dominant flower with THC-dominant flower can be a very effective approach!
