For our October Community Outreach project, we will once again be supporting Concord Coalition to End Homelessness. Their mission is very important: “to eliminate chronic homelessness; support and quickly re-house people who have recently become homeless; and build a system that effectively responds to the diverse needs of people experiencing homelessness.”
Patients, it’s easy to help us support this worthy cause – all you have to do is visit our menu and place an order for any GraniteLeaf Chocolate! We will donate $1 for every chocolate product sold in October.
We Donated $2K to #StopSuicide
Last month, we donated $2,000 to support the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention (AFSP). Thanks to all who contributed by purchasing Full Spectrum Vapes! (We added to the total so we could donate a larger amount and make it an even number.)
We also participated in two of AFSP’s “Out of the Darkness Community Walks.” Our staff enjoyed speaking with people and sharing information about the Therapeutic Cannabis Program. Most importantly, the Walks were a huge success for AFSP. The Concord Walk raised $47,977 and the Nashua Walk raised $57,248!
If you’re curious about the beads we are wearing in this photo, they represent our reasons for attending the event. AFSP provided beads in many different colors, each with its own meaning.
