What an incredible day!
On behalf of everyone at GraniteLeaf Cannabis, thank you to the patients, caregivers, community partners, musicians, and team members who joined us for our 10th Cannaversary. We were honored to celebrate this milestone with the people who have made the past decade so meaningful.
For the last ten years, we’ve had the privilege of serving New Hampshire’s therapeutic cannabis patients with compassion, quality, and care. Our 10th Cannaversary was more than just an anniversary—it was a special opportunity to connect with our patients, share knowledge, strengthen community partnerships, and simply say thank you.
Connecting Patients with the People Behind Their Products
One of the highlights of this year’s event was giving patients a behind-the-scenes look at the people and processes that bring our therapeutic cannabis products to life.
Our team members greatly enjoyed meeting with patients, answering questions, and sharing insights into our production processes. We hope these conversations offered attendees a deeper understanding of the professionalism and care that we bring to every aspect of therapeutic cannabis.
At GraniteLeaf Cannabis, we believe education and transparency are an important part of the patient experience. Seeing so many thoughtful conversations taking place throughout the day was a wonderful reminder of the value of connecting directly with the people we serve.
A Day of Fun, Food, and Live Music
While education was at the heart of the event, there was plenty of fun to go around.
Guests enjoyed games with free prizes, entered raffles throughout the day for a chance to win exciting giveaways, and relaxed with complimentary food and beverages while catching up with fellow patients, caregivers, and GraniteLeaf team members.
The celebration was made even more memorable thanks to live performances from Jam Tomorrow, Supernothing, and The Selectmen, who kept the energy high with fantastic music throughout the afternoon. Their performances helped create a welcoming atmosphere where everyone could relax, connect, and celebrate together.

Our 10th Cannaversary celebration also caught the attention of WMUR-TV, who stopped by to capture the day’s festivities for their evening and nightly newscasts.

Celebrating Community
Supporting our patients also means supporting their communities. That’s why we were grateful to welcome five of our Community Outreach partners to this year’s Cannaversary.
During the event, we collected donations for our Outreach partners through a Ring Toss and at our collection bins inside the dispensary. The Ring Toss raised $797, and the bins collected $204.40, which means we brought in over $1,000 in just one day! These funds will be equally divided, which would be just over $200 for all these wonderful organizations, but GraniteLeaf has decided to kick in and bring the total for each organization to $250. We are very grateful to all who donated!
