Dan, there are several 2023 bills that would legalize home growing. HB 639 and HB 344 would legalize limited home cultivation for all adults, and HB 431 would do so for registered patient and caregivers. (HB 431 has not yet been scheduled for a hearing, but we will share updates when that happens.) Hope that helps!

Seems to me they want to make it good for everyone but the patient whom this program was originally set for. Call me any time and maybe help me understand the five bills. Bottom line we need a bill (law) that allows patients to home grow. Further more the dispensaries should be able to sell patients seeds and clones 603-878-9097
